    Orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles location usually within two to five business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.

    Shipping within the United States:
    We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. 

    Shipping Internationally:
    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. Unfortunately we cannot provide exact delivery time frames for international destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee duties charges or customs delays. 

    We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused (in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached) and the original packing slip or return slip must accompany the return. All returns must be pre-approved by Salt Candy. Please email us at hello@shopsaltcandy.com to let us know which item(s) you’d like to return and we will email you with a return label.

    Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 14 business days to process. Shipping costs on the original order are not refundable. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions; returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your expense.

    There are no refunds on sale items, including items purchased with promotional discount codes. All sale items are final sale.

    Due to limited inventory, we do not provide product exchanges. Please return the product you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired replacement product.
